Well done on paying off the debt Bambisbelle! :j Lovely feeling! :D

I'm curious, what does the S.A. in your sig mean? Can't figure it out. :o

Good news about the trial Claire! :)

Had the Clearblue email too, Claire - be interesting to see what it's about! Fingers crossed they get in touch soon with more info.

Birdie85 - those booties are seriously cute and may have made my womb throb ever so slightly! The crochet blanket is beautiful as well. My mum has been knitting baby stuff for the last few months - serious hint there I think!

Well done on the weight loss Codemonkey! This fasting thing does sound good. Boo to weight plateau Teamlowe. Hopefully you'll lose double next week. Enjoy your cheat day!

Bambisbelle - well done on paying your debts off, must be a lovely feeling.

Becca - hope your body decides what it's doing soon! Good that your lp has been longer this month.

AF is pretty much gone now, thankfully. Not much else going on though! Pregnancy radar is mildly pinging at one of my oldest friends. There was a photo of her on FB looking a bit puffy... We shall see!

DH and I have decided to keep trying since my blood tests all came back normal and especially since I've started steadily losing weight now.

I received one of those e-mails too Claire! Who knows, maybe we can be trial buddies. :D

Just got home from the gym and I can definitely tell that I've worked muscles that haven't been worked in nearly a year! Cross trainer, stationary bike, then swimming. Didn't want to get out of the pool, but my ravenous tummy had other ideas. I really like the hot long showers that I can take there and not pay extra for the water. :)

Could only do 16 1/2 minutes on the stationary bike as the seats are obviously designed for people with much smaller bottoms than I. It cut off the flow of blood to my legs and made both feet fall asleep! Still, I was able to do 4.28 miles during those few minutes. I'm very happy about that!

This morning was the first morning I've seen anything under 20 stone (280 pounds) in nearly 6 months. I was 19 stone 12 pounds (278)!!! Yippie!!! :D

I'm definitely going to rest for the remainder of the day.

How about something girly like the Disney Princesses Mrs TM? :)

Well done on the weightloss and the exercise! :T I'm not feeling too well today (think I've got a cold coming :() so treated myself to a hot chocolate this morning, then noticed when I was in the kitchen later that it was 175 calories! Not impressed with sneaky calorific ambushes like that! :o

Ruth, my womb is positively pulsating never mind a little throb! :p I cannot wait until I can start buying things for my own baby, please let that come sooner rather than later! :o

Mrs T_M that's brilliant, well done you! A wedding pair sound great, I can see people really going for that.

Stick at the weight loss TL, you can do it :)

Not to much happening here, just in the 2WW. OH was stressed with this new side project so we only managed BD once even though I was so excited by my +ve OPK. So not much chance (but getting a +ve OPK seems like a big step forward anyway).

    Hugs to all x

Thanks Firefly it really helps being part of this forum, I dont think my family/ friends would understand my frustration! Well done on the weightloss!

Good point Claire although I do get a bit obsessive with things so I think I would go overboard with charting! I could really do with working out my cycle though because its only 21 days long, and I do not ovulate when my phone app reckons I am despite the fact I have entered data into it for well over a year.

I do definately think loosing weight helps with conceiving, I did weigh less when I conceived my son but have struggled to lose that extra stone since. Lots of people have commented on struggling to TTC for years, losing weight on SW then suddenly getting pregnant, lucky so and so's!

Codemonkey: Can I be nosey and ask what plan you are following? Well done on the weightloss too!

Birdie love the booties! The blanket is beautiful! I am sure I have that on my list of makes but it looks slightly daunting! If you havent already purchased the pattern I could email you a copy?

    Welcome Lilian :)

    Debt-free and Proud!
Not read back but just jumping in cos I had a call just now from Clearblue about their trial.

I didn't pass the criteria cos I am breastfeeding DD :( but they seem to be looking for people with cycles between 28 and 42 days, aged 25-44, without PCOS and who haven't taken any fertility drugs of any kind or had help with ovulating.

There is another study in two months so she said if I'm still not pregnant by then I should apply as I would fit the criteria for that one.

Bit gutted I didn't just lie about Bfing cos DD is 3.5 years and it's less than once a day! Can't see it would make any hormonal difference, not like when they are teeny and feeding 13 times in 24 hours!

Maybe some of you girls will be lucky?

I've never been 'girly' so I would have never thought of that Birdie! Thanks! :)

I'm the opposite, I'm super girly and struggle to make things non-pink/flowery/sparkly because it's just not me! :p Knowing my luck if I had a DD she'd be a tomboy so I still wouldn't get away with pretending that all the Barbies and Disney dolls belong to my DD rather than me! :rotfl:

Ooh that'd be great! :) I have never done crochet but would like to learn so I'm thinking that whilst I'm 'supervising' my MIL working on the blanket I'm going to ask for lessons too. One day I may be able to make a little owl all by myself! :o
