Hugs teamlowe, claire, dustystar, tcd and birdie x It's hard being patient when theres something you want desparately and it doesn't seem to be happening. I know I'm only coming up to 6 months ttc soon but I have a feeling I'm here for the long haul, so hoping over the next few months I get to see you all off onto the next stage of your journey x

    yay becca - fab news

TCOD - it's only now that I've started noticing the baby announcements and how much they upset me. With having a toddler, and a bf due with twins next month I cannot really avoid babies and pregnancies ha.
i can be happy for other people but it just makes me more sad for myself iykwim

i said so on the other thread but well done Becca's DH! hopefully that and the clomid will be all you need and soon you'll be well rid of us :p

aww, my colleague has just brought me an iced coffee to cheer me up, love her :)

so glad i have you ladies who understand. text mum and dad for words of comfort and dad wasn't very helpful and now regretting texting mum cos when it comes it'll be 'oh well nevermind'.
harumph. i just don't think they know how to deal with the situation as i'm the first in my family to really struggle, my cousin got pregnant just before she was going to get clomid but that's it. plus when i asked mum how long it took them she doesn't remember having to try!
and them being the age they are they think cos i'm young and have time i shouldn't be worried or upset, mum keeps telling me it took her old boss 15 years. as if that's some sort of comfort
don't get me wrong they were fantastic with the miscarriage but i think that's cos they could relate to that. they're confident i'll one day have a baby cos everybody else has so it's just a case of being patient x

Quiet on the ttc front, last period on pill was feb 6th to 9th. Had the normal bleed but now wondering when I will get a proper period as have read some people go absolutely ages...

Planning on no contraception in a weeks time .

Aww that's great news Becca! :)

I was speaking to my Mum last night about TTC (whilst trying to ignore my bump-rubbing SIL) and she said, 'Ooh but have you seen on the news that they'll offer IVF after 2 years now, rather than 3?'. Had to explain that even if my doctors take that advice I'll still have to go through the various tests and rounds of drugs etc first so it'll probably be over 3 years by the time I even got on the waiting list! :o She also had no idea how much it cost if we ever had to go private. Ah the bliss of not having to know all this stuff! :o

Urgh, feel so flat now... which is difficult considering my belly looks like I've swallowed a beach ball! :o
Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!

(((((((Big hugs Birdie, TL and Teacake (and Claire)))))))) It's very hard to live with the uncertainty that TTC brings. I wish we could just know what our bodies are getting up to!

But some people have graduated recently that have been trying for a long time, and in difficult circumstances. :j I hope that we will all be graduated in 2013.

Fab news about your OH sperm Becca!

Becca yay supersperm! Well done to your OH :D

Lots of fedupness around at the moment. I am also fed up. If I can't have a BFP at least I want AF to come so I know things are working and can try again. Feel poo. We are going out tonight which was arranged weeks ago, I assumed I'd either be pregnant so couldn't drink, or it would be TOTM so I'd have had loads of painkillers and still couldn't drink, so I offered to drive. Now I really wish I hadn't :(
