This really is becoming a witch hunt.
Jontoe Rag,
It's not becoming a witch hunt at all.
You've made some interesting comments and it's just reassuring to know what people's experiences have been. Usually a poster gives a few details of what their experiences, anecdotes and trade or professions have been, then it's up to the other posters to make a judgement about that poster's accuracy / reliability / credibility.

Post reported.
This is a witch hunt.
I have no idea why you should report my post as offensive, indeed I take some comfort in the fact that the board guides have not removed it, therefore I assume that they also agree that the post was not offensive.
There is NO witch hunt, intentional or otherwise.
In answer to your other post, in which you tell me to 'feel free to apologise' - I have read through your posts, on other threads in this forum, and I have found nothing to change my original opinion.
People, myself included, come to these forums to seek advice. We also share our experiences in the genuine hope that these may be of use to others, who may be going through the same problems.
We are extremely grateful to those posters who have genuine interest in bankruptcy, often through working with the Insolvency Service or one of the Debt Advice Charities, who frequently offer good advice and clarification.
My question to you, which was NOT intrusive, was simply to ask what your experience, in the field of bankruptcy, is. Since you have failed to clarify this, I find myself, based on the limited information that you have given, of the opinion that you most probably work for a 'debt' company that charges a fee for 'guiding people through bankruptcy'.
The overall advice of the 'DFW' and 'Living with Bankruptcy' forums is to seek advice from one of the National Debt Charities. These forums are FULL of people who have been either ill-advised, mis-guided, or simply RIPPED OFF by so-called 'Debt Advice Companies' who stand to gain disproportianate fees for 'providing services' when free and totally impartial advice is available from the charitable agencies.
Therefore I, most sincerely, do NOT apologise for my original post.I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.
