  • Hi Pont, we was claiming hb and ctb while my partner was out of work but once he went back to work he was on his normal wage and then for a few weeks there was over time and we ended up with an over payment which I've just informed them of and paid back, we havn't received anything since last June. We get £64.81 ctc per week x and the £33.70 cb x

Do look into it and good luck.

You seem to have taken a sensible approach to your finances and have taken on board the advice given here. Put your stats through turn2us (I entered your details from your SOA) and see if there is any help out there.

I've every sympathy with young families such as yours - times are tough.

I've every admiration for young families such as yours facing facts and trying to do their best in tough times.
  • Thank you Pont x my partner has been working since he was 15 and I was working for 3 years from 18, just hard work trying to find work in the same business as before.

Does your OH have a smart phone? If so, 100mb isn't likely to be enough, even if you claim he doesn't use the internet on it. Smartphones tend to have apps that refresh automatically and use data.

Also you said you use your phones a lot..... is 200 minutes a lot? If he goes over it could end up costing a lot more than £10.50.....
