Since your an eBay / amazon
You can see that they were selling it at £15.99 previous to the 1.2.13
which is the date MD is saying they checked it.
1. They said its on a particular site which it's not
2. Referred to an amazon site saying its there they price checked it from
Or implied that anyway they referred to it. After checking that its been on sale at £15.99 since before they 1.2.13
3. The claimed to price check it that I don't believe since the amazon store has been selling it before 1.2.13 at £15.99
3. The removed the link to the site so no one can check the actual selling price which I'm sure is against the law as they are describing a discount without
Saying where from now or proving the discount. Or saying who the supplier is !!!
4. There knowingly advertising something they know is not a deal and not discounted
That's what you call dodgy business practices.
I am going to place this thread on hot UK deals as its seems like the centre for complaints against them0 -

Hello the above is also directed at united990 -
I have got an email from the director Neil from mighty deals saying the whole things was miscommunications !!!
That they have NOW removed the discount from the deal and that it was originally £40.00 supposedly on some mysterious website somewhere that no one but them has seen.
1. they obviously saw my comments on this thread and changed the discount after how else will he email me (united99, deal junkie) ???
2. There still advertising saying that the item was price checked.
This is in my opinion FALSE as the price before 1.2.13 was selling by the people their advertising for at £15.99.
I would really like to know what they price checked at £40.00
anyway their covering their tracks since they have been caught out in my opinion as i don't think there was ever a price check done.
Im going to load up the screen shots of all their fiddling about with it and details of the original company i am sure TS has a team for dodgy deal sites0
