So close the airport due to some inconsiderate !!!!!!!!?

Got everything he deserved in my opinion.

It says no leaving unattended vehicles for a very good reason.

It's a good job it's not up to you then! Again it's got to be in the bylaws or this is an illegal tow as its on private land. Whether you like it or not the airport and tow company must act within the law.

As for the signs, can you show that it says no leaving of vehicles or they be towed? Or is this is just presumption on your half ?

This is a forum for helping drivers with their problems, I fail to see just how this post helps them.
I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.

Some "offences" are beyond defending and should not be excused.

It seems to me that a number of people on here seem to have anti-PPCs as the top priority in their lives. Don't get me wrong, I have a very poor view of the vulture-like attitudes of the PPCs in private car parks.

But you need a perspective. As someone who missed the London bombings by just a few minutes and who remembers the Glasgow airport bombing as well as the indignity of virtually having to undress every time I go through an airport, I try to weigh up priorities.

As ILW says, would I rather have someone's car towed or be inconvenienced by having the airport cleared because of a suspect car? No brainer.

So, this may be a moneysaving site, but sometimes those who get penalised for self-inflicted stupidity deserve it and should weigh up what are priorities in Britain as it is today.

But if anyone chooses to have their hatred of PPCs as a higher priority in their life - cyber or real - then that's your right.

How do you know it's an offence ?

And can I point out to you yet again, we are not here to judge people as we are bot in a position to do so. Martin Lewis set up this site to firstly to help people and by doing so helping people save money.

You do not offer advice just criticism of people getting advice, and those who are offering it. Can I ask what is the point of you being here on a money saving website ?

Not perfect, but I would not leave an unattended car at an airport entrance, would you?

I disagree with you, this forum is for advice on parking issues, do you seriously expect us to advise to pay these charges, or to take parking companies seriously. This is a money saving forum not a money wasting one.

And I repeat here, we are not here to judge people only to offer impartial advice, if you have a problem with that I suggest that you don't contribute further, as people on here will firstly try and help.

You sig would suggest that your advice is far from impartial.

How do you know it was at the entrance ? Sorry you are presuming to much, the OP said he was at a drop off zone, that doesn't really say it was at the doors does it ?
