I have just had 2 e mails to say 5 of my items are now out of stock and will refund. Took along to tell me i ordered the items last thursday

Ordered Sanctuary and of course I haven't received it. First order was for two sets and day after ordering tracking showed it had been received by me! There was a note above this to say items could not be returned - which is nonsense for ordering online anyway. The second order showed 'returned' the day after I ordered. I left it a few days and sent email and got reply to say first order damaged in transit and second OOS. What a waste of time - and rubbish tracking messages! I keep saying I won't order again, but I mean it this time.

I bought a Star by Julien MacDonald Biker Jacket, was originally £60, down to £20 to be delivered to store. Tracked my order on the website, said it was dispatched, four days later, had no email to say it was instore. I rang the customer helpline and they told me it was stolen in transit within two minutes of them answering the phone.

They told me I could only have a refund and not an exchange as there was no item to exchange. So annoyed by Debenhams. I have heard how bad their customer service is, but it was ridiculous.:mad:

There are £12 dare2b kids ski type jackets on the site but low stock 3-12 years available in white.

I've had a couple of cashback transactions from early December denied because they 'do not meet the merchants t&c's'. Yet other smaller amounts from the same day have been paid out.
