No Buying Unnecessary Toiletries in Feb

  • Not been given any bad news just a bad day for me due to grumpiness! Going to have a long soak in the bath with a good book and large glass of wine. I don't predict any UUs as most of my products are full bottles. But I will reduce my stash whilst enjoying the benefits.

Rosemary - Im so sorry about your friend :(

And you And (!) hope you are ok too. I know what you mean about the simple things being the best sometimes - I went out on Saturday with a guy and all we did was walk round Lyme Regis and eat ice cream on the beach - it was really lovely !!

It was my birthday yesterday and I had some INs from my friend - all clarins, its hand scrub, bubble bath stuff and some fresh spray stuff that smells like mint - not sure I like the smell of the bubbles, but Im sure I can use it ;)

hugs to everyone who needs them, hope everyone is well

Firstly, condolences and hugs to Rosemary and McCulloch :heart2:

I think I need to spend more time on this thread! I used to be a regular but I fell off the toiletry wagon sometime ago and really need to get back on it asap.

My stash list is ridiculous, I don't even know where to start. I have about 30 shower gels and almost as many butters/lotions. I now have my DD (age 25) and her DD (age nearly 5) living with me so we should be able to use up 3 times as much stuff between us :rotfl:

I have a problem with The Body Shop. There is an outlet at Braintree and I'm going there again on Thursday. I KNOW there's nothing I need but :eek::eek:

I've also developed a fascination for Bomb Cosmetics. I want at least one of everything.

Perfumes continue to be an issue. I'm down to about 80 but my aim is 40.

Hello all! Been abit quiet on here so i shall read later on tonight/tomorrow. I hope everyone is well!

1 UU - Simple baby bath. Nice smell, not alot of bubbles but it stops my baby from smelling of carrots and potato :rotfl:

2 INs thanks to my product testing - Venus razor with olay moisturiser (looking forward to trying this out tonight! I haven't shaved my legs for awhile as i knew this was coming haha!)

Olay facial moisturiser - I haven't tried this yet, but it looks nice and smells nice too. I will of course be commenting back on here once i try the two, seeing as they're new out i'm sure some people might like to know how they are :)

I also recieved my pampers trial today - 48 nappies and £20 worth of money off vouchers to hand out in packs for friends. Can't wait to get these out, it's quite exciting!

Currently living in a house of dust atm thanks to the plastering in my kitchen. It gets everywhere :O!!

So sorry to read about your friends Rosemary and And. Some very wise words in both your posts -pink candle and simple pleasures. We could all do with looking at life more on those terms.

    Belated happy birthday Trudij.

One UU today - Right Guard deo - WBA as I really like it and it works well. On offer just now for £1 in HB.
