Honestly how stupid does one have to be to use a computer? Well if she has an internet connection I recommend somehow getting her to installed teamviewer then you can connect to her computer remotely and show her how to use her computer properly. Honestly I've used Win 95 98 2000 ME NT XP Vista 7 and even 8 and I've never had a problem. Big deal so what if Microsoft has changed the layout this time. The damn OS works still the same in my opinion. If you want to select a program either have a short cut on the desktop side of the OS or press the Windows button and find the application that way.0
