Did they agree you can keep the phone, or did you refuse to hand it over and force them to set up a SIM-only deal?
If I was Phone 4 U I'd have just taken it to court if you were that unwilling to co operate. At the end of the day, you had their hardware and refused to meet their reasonable demands to sort it out in store.
They're open 7 days a week, I highly doubt you couldn't make it on any of those days...!0 -
