A tangerine or clementine is what I eat to stave off sweet cravings.

Now that you've had some input from the Old Stylers, I've moved your thread over to the health and beauty board where you should get more advice.

Chocolate iced gems are delish, or a flake from a multi pack (smaller than the single ones). Frozen grapes are good too, take ages to eat.

I use to have individually wrapped squares of green and blacks stored away. About 25 calories I think they were, and one or two was enough to fend off sweet cravings.

I find that things like chocolate, pink and whites and other similar treats make me either want to eat more of them, or eat something savoury to counteract how sweet it is!

My sweet tooth seems to be getting less these days, which I never thought would happen lol. I'm more a cheese and savoury person now!

Frozen bananas are lovely - taste like banana ice cream

    Sounds different.

Do you freeze them in the skin or peel first?

try to avoid anything sweet permanently. Sweet usually means sugar or a substitute sugar and will bring on a craving for more that you will fight to resist.
Don't have it in the first place, much easier that way.
