What do you eat for a sweet treat when on a diet?

I'm on a diet and whilst I manage to stick to it during the day, my sweet tooth gets the better of me in the evening and I give into temptation and end up eating chocolate or other naughty treats and then feel really annoyed with myself the next day!
Last night I did baked apple for desert and really enjoyed it, I wondered if any of you had any ideas for sweet deserts / treats that don't completely blow the diet.

Tescos do an excellent chocolate mousse in their value range. Something like 25p for 4. They are 90-something calories, and round off a meal nicely!Because it's fun to have money!

Fat free natural yogurt over some chopped up fruit. Ski do a lovely lemon mousse too or Muller have turkish delight yogurts on limited edition just now - they are delish!0

I used to make up sugar free jelly with diet lemonade instead of cold water, makes it taste a bit zingy!RIP Iain

definitely a hot choc - cadburys highlights are 40 calories and plenty sweet enough.0

I know it's not sweet but I have a handful of salted popcorn as a pudding when I'm trying to eat healthier, its really cheap and filling and has hardly any fat or sugar in.Rubbish at the grocery challenge!0

A 200gm bar of Cadburys chocolate.
Why is it when you aren't trying to lose weight you can walk past the goodies in the supermarket and when you are trying to lose weight something always manages to find it's way from the shelf to the trolley.
I'm convinced I'm suffering from short term memory loss!
There just happens to be a large bar of chocolate in the kitchen drawer and it's calling to me.......0 -
Have a look at Weight Watchers' ideas. They suggest a lot of the things that have already been posted like chilled Curly Whirleys (Wurleys?), sugar free jelly, fruit & yoghurt, light hot chocolate etc.'til the end of the line0
