Definitely worth picking up a tub of chocolate Philadelphia.

  • Another fan of low cal hot choc, also mini milks are really low calories, or for a bigger treat a solero, still under 100 calories but so delish.
Working my butt off to buy the house of my dreams!
  • rice cakes topped with a very thin spread of nutella or peanut butter and jam - last for a while much longer than a biscuit! Diva popcorn is a nice big bag for less than 100 cals. some multi pack ice lollies are only around 70 cals, particularly if they're not creamy - fruit pastilles, calippos and mini twisters. value or smartprice caramel wafers. jaffa cakes are less than 50 cals each!! freddo, fudge, curly wurly, little animal chocolate bar, mini milky bar. try freezing your curly wurly and then snapping it into chunks - like having a bag of toffee.
  • Mmmm, choccie philly on rice cakes.... :D

Also, I like to slice an apple really thinly, spread it out on a baking tray and sprinkle with a teaspoon of brown sugar and plenty of cinnamon, and bake on low (160ish) for around 20-25 mins... They end up like a sweet crisp :)

  • Bottled fruit - no fat whatsoever - with Greek yoghurt if needed.

    A banana.

    A handful of dried fruit.

Toast and jam, with no butter.

    One portion of banana custard.

    A glass of wine.

I like to make my own ice pops with some juice and water. Usually satisfies the sweet craving and takes a while to eat.

I mix lite plain yoghurt with lite soft cheese and add a dash of sugar free syrup (or Splenda plus cinnamon or other flavour). Tastes like cheesecake without the crumb base. If I'm really organised ill layer this over sugar free jelly.

A couple of dried dates, sometimes with a couple of walnuts or blanched almonds, and a cup of coffee. If you stick dates in the freezer they don't really freeze because of the sugar content and go kinda like fudge but as I like dates or fudge wih a cuppa, the hot/cold would bust the nerves in my teeth up!

Sometimes just a cup of tea while curled up on the sofa hits spot if not really hungry but just looking for something sweet and comforting, especially around 8-9pm.

If I want sweet crunch, I like to cut a carrot into sticks.

ETA: sometimes, I just have a square or two of chocolate tbh.

Grapes are meant to go extra sweet when frozen (and at least they won't go 'off' in the freezer either - very MSE!) so good for the sweet tooth pangs
