Congratulations.

I GOT IT!
So excited - just want to get the ball rolling now! OMG this has taken forever. I knew that was the house for me back in September.
I feel shaky and smiley. A great big weight's been lifted.

Unfortunately it's the unhelpful EAs I'm having to now deal with - but email should put stop to their bullying tactics! They'll probably be all sweetness and light now that they're selling it.

All systems go. Solicitors have been informed. So's the EA we're selling through. Just about to email my mortgage provider
Cheers, all.
