Unlimited Texts - False Advertisement?

Surely it's the customers responsibility to ask if there is a fair use policy? If the don't ask and breach it, it is their problem.

You clearly didn't or you would have known the 10,000,000 limit without having to look it up.

As I only send 100 - 200 texts a month a FUP is hardly going to affect me is it? :cool:

You are probably paying more than you should be then.

Is selling it as "Unlimited" false advertisement?
