I am not sure what’s wrong with your mobile. It can be due to your mobile and as well as your sim. First check whether your sim is working properly. Take out the sim and try to call and text using a different mobile. If it’s working properly then the problem might be on your mobile. The best advice is try to contact Samsung.0
