PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING: Hello Forumites! In order to help keep the Forum a useful, safe and friendly place for our users, discussions around non-MoneySaving matters are not permitted per the Forum rules. While we understand that mentioning house prices may sometimes be relevant to a user's specific MoneySaving situation, we ask that you please avoid veering into broad, general debates about the market, the economy and politics, as these can unfortunately lead to abusive or hateful behaviour. Threads that are found to have derailed into wider discussions may be removed. Users who repeatedly disregard this may have their Forum account banned. Please also avoid posting personally identifiable information, including links to your own online property listing which may reveal your address. Thank you for your understanding.

Been on since November 2012, had 2 viewings and 1 cheeky offer (kicked back at them).
Not expecting a lot of viewings as we didn't pick a great time of year to go on the market really, but hoping things pick up in spring.0 -

This thread is an eye-opener for me....
My flat has been on the market since 02/11/2012. Not one viewing, despite it being one of the cheapest properties in the town priced for a relatively quick sale...
Every time i call estate agent, i'm told "the market is slow and nobody is buying just now"
However - in Right Move, i have been watching similar properties and many of them are no longer listed.0 -

Were the similiar properties sold or withdrawn from the market? Three months and no viewings would be an indication that it is an idea to get out your contract and see what notice period you are tied into so you can change EA's.It is a good idea to be alone in a garden at dawn or dark so that all its shy presences may haunt you and possess you in a reverie of suspended thought.
