I haven't had a tv since the beginning of March and I'm surviving (just!). I do miss the lovely David Tennant on Dr Who :(

I couldn't survive without my mobile or the Internet - no more MSE!!!

I haven't had a foreign holiday for about 3 years so I guess I can survive without that :)

Download it [STRIKE]off mininova[/STRIKE] from somewhere then you won't have to miss it.

That could be another Question "where is your nearest public phone box" I just asked my son. We think there is one about 300 yards away. Where`s yours!!

At the end of my front garden next to the post box :D I have used it twice once when I locked myself out and once to report a fault on my landline

Anyone know how much I can sell a kidney for as that will affect my choice?

Thanks, but then technically I think I'd still need a TV licence and don't want to risk it! Anyway, I can always pop to my mum's to view Dr Who, ahem I mean go round to visit my mum and see her, obviously! :p

My last foreign holiday was 2 weeks in Honfleur that cost three times as much as three days in the New Forest!

Using Tesco vouchers to get through the tunnel gives access to self catering accommodation less than half the price of the UK so foreign holidays for us work out cheaper than holidays here and that includes caravans!

    Mobile phone could go.

Internet and TV at a big pinch. Internet first and then TV if it came to that.

I would hate to be without my TV, I would miss it more than anything else.

i'd miss my mobile phone least, as i mainly use the landline. i like to keep my mobile just for convenience and safety really. i'd find it very difficult to live without my tv and internet. i've not been abroad for years, but i will go; it's just money.

Gosh that's shocked me - I wouldn't give up my holiday for anything  In fact I'd if pushed I'd possibly give up smoking for my holiday

The results were exactly the order in which I would give them up. Foreign holidays aren't a necessity, plenty of UK-based alternatives, I'd be more than happy to lose a mobile (especially if I still had e-mail) and I probably depend upon a computer more than TV nowadays so the TV would be given up third.
