If The Sun was no good then why is it still around - and we cannot blame the success of the paper purely on Page 3!
Assuming that my correction means your post now says what you meant it to say...

because it's 'easy' to read, it appeals to a certain socio-economic group...and it's cheap.

And smaller - so easier to hold than a broadsheet;)

I've enough self-respect to not have anything to do with News International. You should try finding some.

So an organisation works with the media to get their message across!?

    No really!?

Why do you think every organisation (over a certain size) has a press office?

Anyone who buys the sun deserves to be last in the queue..
    Horrible hateful rag..
It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.

It's a putrid rag 'read' by morons with the collective IQ of a fly. and i wouldn't have it anywhere near me or mine.
I have done many sun holidays, but i would never buy the 'paper' to do it. They simply send me a code and i book online.
I simply wouldn't soil my hands by actually buying it:)

You know the £38 you pay towards a Sun holiday - do you think that all goes to the holiday park? Or maybe, possibly, could the Sun be keeping some or all of it and making a profit out of you...?

The OP still hasn't explained why he feels the tickets should have been reserved for Sun buyers

Glad to be back on topic.

The intention of the Sun is that people buy their newspaper so people can avail themselves of the offer.

My opinion is that it is wrong for non readers to get the offer at the expense of sun readers who the offer is aimed at.

Yesterday morning - when people should first be able to apply - all codes had gone.

Of course what the Sun needs to do is not to open the site a day early, not make the passwords so easy to guess and make sure their readers get the offer rather than non-readers.

And what we need to do is frankly not be so greedy. Some people were grabbing 100s of codes.

So where are the 'non-readers' getting the codes and why haven't the 'readers' managed to work out that they too can do the same themselves?

Shows the contempt News International has for it's customers. The odds are however, the deal was never exclusive to the sun, they just manipulated a sales opportunity.

Companies often release details of deals early to deals sites whose readers descend on these things like vultures. If they didn't restrict the codes to one per email/payment card they aren't fit to run a promotion.
