right financial loan company help

Hello
I would like to comment about Right Financial who took over£100 from my account. I had never heard of them or asked for their service. They have left me overdrawn with no money to live on. They say it will take about a month to get the money back and they do it by cheque.
BEWARE when you progress there refund they email you forms which say payments were taken by Loanstar and Right Financials...both same trading address Bath Road Slough Company called Davenport Black Ltd.
I am not sure how these people got my card to take this money as I certainly didn't give it the openly and willing. I do not want a loan broker at all.
These companies should be investigated by the fraud police and called to account for their underhand behaviour.
I now await their cheque refund and no doubt will have to call and call and call and speak to some egyt woman called jeannette who does nothing but quote 'our refund process is 30 days by cheque'. I said in the modern world things are done by automatic process not cheque. just another scam to hold on to your dosh for longer.
I have read the posts on this site with real interest and have had similar experiences with Quick Loan finance who keep calling me to say they have got me a loan and reckon they are a lender. Nope the website indicates that you are a broker. I have had three separate indian chaps ring me up saying congrats you have a loan. cut to the chase you want fees up front. indeed they have asked for that first £40 then £20. now zero fees and lets do a loan. oh yeah what's next....
I will steer well clear of those. Thanks for the useful posts all and hope that mine is of interest and may help other people...
Rgds
