right financial loan company help

my father in law contacted right financial for a loan the other day, the offered him a loan but asked for his bank details to confirm he held a valid uk bank account. when he checked the account they have taken £70 out of his account and he cant seem to contact them,

anyone had run in with them that can advise what to do.

    He needs to make the request in writing.

    Often with these companies it can take some time to get them back, and its likely he'll now be contacted by other loan brokers hoping to similarly get him to hand over his bank details.

    Not personally but a quick Google for Davenport Black who are the parent company shows up nothing but unhappy punters.

    Your Father in Law needs to right to the address listed in post #2 ASAP to get his money back, which will probably be less £5 for services rendered. Any loan forthcoming is likely to be a payday loan anyhow.

    Maybe have a talk to him about how loan brokers work. Generally online loan brokers will take a fee from him, then only be able to refer him to a guarantor loan or something like a payday loan.

    If he has tried and been declined for a loan with through the normal mainstream routes then he is very unlikely to get one via a broker.

    These are a new trading name of the same company who used to also trade as loangogo. If you search for that name you will see people who have struggled to get their money returned and unlikely to find any one who has actually got a suitable loan via this broker.
