Right financial are due to take a fee of £69-95 this friday from my account, after reading these comments is there anyway I can stop them from taking it.
Instruct your bank not to pay, and empty your account to make sure they don't."There are not enough superlatives in the English language to describe a 'Princess Coronation' locomotive in full cry. We shall never see their like again". O S Nock0 -
my father in law contacted right financial for a loan the other day, the offered him a loan but asked for his bank details to confirm he held a valid uk bank account. when he checked the account they have taken £70 out of his account and he cant seem to contact them,
anyone had run in with them that can advise what to do.
They are using a serviced office in Slough (Regus). I wish your father-in-law the best of luck in getting a refund but don't hold out much hope based on the experiences others have reported.0 -

Awful advice. The bank may well not be able to stop the payment if it isn't a continuous payment authority, and emptying the account just means possibly incurring overdraft fees if it goes through.urs sinserly,

Utter twaddle. "may well not" and "possibly means" will not help the OP. He needs to take action."There are not enough superlatives in the English language to describe a 'Princess Coronation' locomotive in full cry. We shall never see their like again". O S Nock0 -

And the suggested action will not work and could cause them more issues.urs sinserly,

And what do you suggest the OP does? Pray?"There are not enough superlatives in the English language to describe a 'Princess Coronation' locomotive in full cry. We shall never see their like again". O S Nock0 -

I'd be very surprised if they waited till Friday! They usually take the money as soon as customers have entered their details online or put the phone down on them.
I would check your bank straightaway as it's probably already gone!!Savings Target 2015 £10/£3000 :rotfl:0 -

I have also been scammed the Right Finance just yesterday, I applied for a loan online and within minutes my phone rang and they wanted £69.99 for a set up fee for the loan. They made out that I'd got the loan.
All afternoon I was inundated with texts and phone calls from Payday loan companies offering me loans and HP for cars.
I'm going to give the refund process a ago but I don't hold much hope out.0 -

Quite clear what you have to do. Their website doesn't even try to hide the fact that they are a broker. T&C's are quite transparent for all to see.0
