I'm sticking in the savings account I have for the car. It should cover the insurance for this year.0

Clearing down the remainder of the overdraft... and hopefully getting the car heating fixed as well. Baby due start of April who may well arrive early so it'll more than likely get eaten by hospital parking charges is the reality of it.Little miracle born April 2012, 33 weeks gestation and a little toughie!0

I have a list.
Everything on the list is boringly practical, nothing frivolous or unneeded unfortunately. It's either extra to the debt, extra for heating oil (thorsoak, feel your pain
) or something else that's needing dealt with.
I will spin daughter round 3 times and point her towards the list with a sharp pencil. Whatever she 'stabs' will be the lucky winner.
Mind you, I might sneak 'vodka' on at the bottom of the list and live in hope. :rotfl:Herman - MP for all!

Oh right, thanks!:) Wow, it just shows how little attention we have been paying to our finances each month!
Now that I know, the extra money is going towards our mortgage overpayments.:beer:0 -
I always pay up front. Each month I save the same amount across the year to pay all the bills that occur across the year.... so I don't do mine like you do and don't have any "free months".
I save ahead for the bills I know will be arriving, nothing is done on installments as that's my buffer against things going t1ts up. I pay up front, I know it's paid. Job done.0 -
Same amount goes into bills account every month so makes no difference.Forty and fabulous, well that's what my cards say....0

It will be going into the savings account.
