Douwe Egberts coffee whenever possible also Linda McCartney vegetarian sausages - not worth £2 for 6 but will stock up when they're reduced to £1. While they're full price most places I'll buy at Iceland when they've got them at 5 for £1, if I can't get those will do without.0

Tetley tea bags, the proper ones not one cups - the only ones my OH will drink.
Heinz baked beans.£2021 in 2021 no.17 £1,093.20/£20210 -
The things that are half price of BOGOF every other week or so.
ie
Cathedral City cheese
Fresh pizzas
Ginsters slices
Frijj milkshake
Dentyl mouthwash
etc.
Loads of usual suspects like those above that are on offer more often than not and I'll never touch them if they're not on offer.0 -
I only buy when on offer, especially
Loo Roll, Washing Powder, Coffee, toiletries, Cat Food, Cleaning materials.
I do find that offers on branded products come round pretty often, eg Ariel and Bold washing tablets are often on half price in Tesco. I purchase Loo Roll in bulk when on offer.
I alway look at Lidls weekly offers and stock up on half price meat weekends etc.0 -
Nescafe Gold or Dowe Egberts
Both of these have been on offer recently.
I can't remember the prices though sorry.
Nescafe Gold was in B&M as a managers special so I bought the last remaining 6 jars.
Dowe Egberts in Sainsburys.
I can remember one thread on MSE where someone never bought unless it fell below a certain price but again I can't remember the prices though sorry.
What is that magic price? What should it be? I know when it was discussed previously I made the target on Lidl's Kenco coffee.0 -
I've been converted to extending the bulk buys to some perishables: butter and cheese bargains go straight in the freezer. Ditto bread products as they can always be found reduced at the end of the day, I refuse to buy this full price now.Value-for-money-for-me-puhleeze!

Heinz baked beans.
I like Typhoo tea bags, like your OH, Full strength.
I have only brought them once for full price in over 20 years - desperate at that one time, no cheap option, ouch!:oThe more I live, the more I learn.

The more I grow, the more I see.
The more I see, the more I know.
