    Everything really
    . Coffee/tea
    . Cereal
. Baked beans and other tins
    . Toiletries
    , Yoghurts
    . Cheese
    . Meat
    . Booze
    . Soft drinks
    . Kitchen roll
    . Snacks
    . crumpets
    . Butter
. Ready Meals - only buy to top up the freezer
    . Quorn products
. Washing stuff (both for clothes and dishes)
    . Pasta

If its not on offer, I go to Aldi.

Only things I buy full price are loose fruit and veg if it works out cheaper to buy them loose. For example - bananas as the packs of 5 bananas you see in the supermarket for £1 are 55p loose. Or as I live alone - a few carrots, courgettes etc. I rather pay 39p for 4 carrots and using them all rather then 39p for 1kg of carrot from Aldi and only using 4 carrots and binning the rest.
  • Cheese - because I only really like cathedral city lighter so I buy 2 packs when there's an offer on to get me through to the next one.
Pepsi Max - drink Sainsbury's own brand the rest of the time
Fresh Meat/Fish - generally we have prawns or chicken so I get them frozen and on offer
Jars of sauces - only use jar sauces when my favourite branded ones (Loyd Grossman & Napolini) are on offer

I could go on but the basic jist of it is there are quite a few branded products that I like to buy but I only buy them when they're on offer because I think it costs too much otherwise.

    Nescafe Gold or Dowe Egberts
    Branston beans
    Heinz soups
    Kraft Garlic & Herb dressing
    Philly garlic & herb cheese
Blocks of cheese (grate and keep in tub in freezer)
    Dishwasher tabs
    Hellman's Mayo
    Any meat/chicken/fish

Wouldn't buy any of the above unless on a decent offer and then I go mad and really stock up (as my store cupboard and freezers can testify!)

Just remembered another - Twining's Liquorice tea - I am addicted!

    Carte D'Or Lavazza Ice Cream.
  • Tuna. The full price of it these days is ridiculous, I always wait untill it's on offer. Oh, dishwasher tablets too, hate getting the cheap ones cos they dont clean as well
  • I try to buy everything on offer, it`s very rare for me to buy anything full price.

Butter, I forgot butter. When the supermarkets started ramping butter prices I decided not to pay nmore than £1.25 (at the absolute outside) so I wait for the two for a pound offer then buy a load. It freezes perfectly.
