One of your friends has just sent me a message,she has told me that it can be all done on the computer and if I phone her,she can have a chat,she was very friendly we chatted about her busy life and her new business.

Ask yourself why she is sending you a PRIVATE message rather than posting her ideas on a thread for all to see!
Important questions to ask Is she a whole of market independent mortgage broker? Does she charge a fee?
If you like what she says, I would suggest putting her advice on here to see if mortgage brokers think her advice is sound.

Sorry have I got some-one into trouble ,I did not realise,perhaps I should think before I write.I am sure that she was trying to help and it is always good when some-one is starting off,she won't charge any more than any-one else ,because you gets her money from the mortgage company.But if I want she can do it with me paying a %.So busy she is searching boards for business!

To see if she is being honest with you, and if she is a friend of ours, then you should tell us her name.
