Well done! I'm glad it all paid off in the end!
Did the company you dealt with have any terms and conditions similar to my situation? Where they state they have the right to charge more if a hotel price has been clearly incorrect?0 -
Also, does it make a difference that they have now refunded the payment back into my account?
I have now emailed the director of customer services but he too seems to be ignoring that part of the terms and conditions!
If they refuse, is there anything else much I can do?0 -

No-They took the money and formed a contract
