Pricing error on hotel booking
Comments

I booked it over the phone and the agent confirmed the price was correct0

They'll come back with something, in the mean time perhaps look for something else just in case the price is too high and a refund is offered.Posts are not advice and must not be relied upon.0

The agent probably wouldnt have known the price was incorrect until either 1. Serhs informed them or 2. The booking was processed on the Serhs system and the mistake was picked up. The answer is still no.
I agree, plus I would question why the OP would ask "Is this price definitely correct?" if they did not think it was a misprice.

Its one of those where you can push them to give you the lowest price...but they are only going to go so low. Otherwise, for the same price, consider that you may get something better.Happy

Looks to me as if the OP knows it was pricing mistake and was hoping to get away with it.
Sorry OP its not going to happen although they may meet you somewhere in the middle0 -
People always say no chance, but why does loss of bargain not apply? They've taken a payment and confirmed which means a contract has been formed.
This person as blogged about it - and also notes that he got a lot of flack off this forum for trying it...

If you are right, what does the OP do to force them to give him the holiday at the price "agreed"0
