Morning all, am determined now that we have started a new month to keep up with this thread again.
I've been m.i.a since Christmas, as my mum had a cancer diagnosis just before Christmas. She's had some surgery and has to have some more shortly before the dreaded wait for results(its the waiting thats the killer).
Anyway, with that and my ds 18th birthday a week ago and my other ds 10th birthday yesterday and much scraping /plastering/painting of walls, life has been happening!!!

I managed to catch the bit about the dw tabs yesterday and got 12 boxes, but feel like I've been in limbo this last month, so want to come back to the real world(whatever that is!!!)

Many hugs to those that are going through it. I'm not going to try to read back a months worth, but wondered how logie is, and tinyshoes(with her mum)?

    Happy 1st Feb everyone.xx:)

Im hoping to hear back from them today. I'll never remember this come march if that's the case.....better mark it on the calendar. Ive never had this with bonus points on normal shopping before, they usually just go on right away.

    Morning

Don't wish to jinx but that was one of the many lines of carp I was told last yr abt the call of duty bonus points for pre order and I'm afraid they never went on and six months later I finally gave up argueing with them and never got anywhere.

    I was told

    Takes 24/48/1 week
Told wait til next stmt as they go on in a "last sweep"
    Told manually aplied b4 stmt
Told they go on when store sends them bulk info !!!!!!!!!!

And many more I really hope goes better for you guys tho and that you et your points but I think you may have a fight on your hands

Morning all. Confession time. I got 42 boxes dw tabs yesterday. But that is to be divided between 5 of us. But I do still have 5 boxes of the 90 pack from Asda a few months back.

Sarahdol75 empty nest syndrome since September so I complain that I am on my own all weekend while he's at golf but he can give up golf to be with me if he'd rather! Guess what he chose :D.
    :rotfl:

Thats is such a good reason:T:TMay have to remember that one;)
    Just a quick update

Daughter left home this morning at 6.15 for CA recruitment day. Arrived in queue at 11 am doors opened 1pm.

People were admitted in batches of 100 so after another wait she got inside.

She texted me a sad face at 3.30 saying it was not looking good.

Then taa daa 4.15 she rings bursting with excitement she has an offer of a place. It was her number 6 choice (she ranked them on the train journey!) and she is so happy - as am I!

She is going to New Jersey in June.

Thanks for the advice over the weekend especially the OP whose daughter had already been, sorry I can't remember your name.

This will be just what she needs!!

Brilliant, well done her:TA couple of DS's friends applied so just waiting to hear from them:)

Morning everyone:)Raining here and MrLala has gone fishing and will be back tomorrow evening.I can't think of anything worse than sitting in the rain in the mud:eek:Saying that he has every gadget going and a gazebo, tent and even T's fold up table with benches. He has to take a little van to get all his and his friends stuff in:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:So I can't go out all day as working, even if theres a major glitch:(
Hope everyones ok and hugs to everyone that needs one, just off to carry on catching up:)
    Beware!!!! Glitching is addictive:rotfl:
