10 AFDsfor Feb. Am pleased with that. I think the stinking cold has helped the last couple of days, but its never stopped me before:o As am weight reducing too am hoping to meet my March target to help me be super slim ready for little sis wedding in May. OH walked the dog up to the C*op for a bottle of vino last night and usually I would have said get two especially on a Thurs. I resisted and had a lovely creme egg ice cream for my poorly sore throat instead!Total weight lost 6.5/73lbs starting yet again. Afds August 10/15. /8 Sept.0

Are you watching Mary & Martha? Then you'll now know that mosquito nets (without holes in them) are vital to avoid malaria. Just £7 per net can prevent this awful sickness that kills more than a million children every year.

1/31 AFDs, and that 1 is about 40% of the cost of a mosquito netWhat would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?0 -
