I wasn't AF last night - 3 units. I haven't decided about tonight yet.

Yesterday was AF so 1/31 so far, I don't know if I will be able to do it as my last drink was Valentine's Day night and that wasn't that long ago. I'm scared that I'm gonna !!!! up the whole month with 1-2 drinking days cos last month I could have done the whole month if I hadnt caved on the 14th, hate it when I just drink for one day of the month. January I drank for 4 days, so there is an improvement but when I !!!! up the month for the sake of one drinking day it makes me feel well I may as well have drunk for more than one because I didnt do the whole month.
God this perfectionism is exhausting and bewildering.

Dont beat yourself up over not being perfect I`m not as my problem was with money !.
Everyone has a different mindset over booze - me I was lucky to be able to flick the OFF switch for wanting booze permanently.
You are doing so well reducing your intake that you should be proud of what you have achieved - I certainly am for you !.

Day 61 now. Two full months without a beer and feeling really impressed with myself. Lardloss has bottomed out into a slow '2 pounds off every ten days' thing now which I'm absolutely fine with and fully expected after the massive losses in January and February.
I'm now finding that my mind is in a perfect schizophrenic balance about alcohol...
One half thinks:
- The past two months have been a nightmare
- I love beer and I can't wait for the 100 day thing to be over so that I can have one!
- I'm going to get so drunk on April 12th!
- I miss beer so much!
While the other half thinks:
- I'm not missing beer at all
- These 60 days have been easy
- I've become so much fitter, lost a load of weigh and saved money
- It would be a real shame to get to the 100 days and throw it all away by getting plastered
- Do I even want a drink anymore?
I can even look at peoples friday night 'hey look at me I'm getting !!!!ed' facebook pictures and not feel really bothered by them. I went out at 9pm last night for a 10k run.

Should apologise for posting so sporadically. Can't logon to here from work now which is where I used to do a lot of my posting and don't have a massive amount of time in the evenings anymore. I try to post whenever I have a new LardLow though.0
