16/24 AFDs for February, making 47 in total
What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?
  • 15 AF days don't want a drink tonight.

Tesco Credit Card £250 £25 DD 0% for next 10 months.

Barclaycard Initial £241.45 0% for next 7 mths.
    Your parents choose your beginning....
.... you get to choose the ending.
  • Hi everyone. Had a phone call from my brother at 11.25pm. My mum's twin brother (my uncle) was found dead in his bed. He was a heavy drinker, just come back from my mum's now. Don't feel like a drink, my mum's in a hell of a state but thankfully she has always been teetotal. Got to take her over the house at 10am.

    Morning :hello:

We went out to an American diner last night - too many calories but I stayed AF - so an AF Saturday for me.

Yay! The mornings are getting lighter!

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

I want to rethink my target, please Shaggydoo can I aim for 27 AF days because realistically I knew Valentine's night was going to be a tough one for me,

    No worries. It's done lovely.

So sorry to hear your sad news. How old was he? Does that make you feel stronger about staying AF? I would have been tempted I think to have a drink in those circumstances so well done indeed. Hope today goes as well as it can for you.

Take care... let us know us know later how you are doing.
    Xx
