Hi everyone. Had a phone call from my brother at 11.25pm. My mum's twin brother (my uncle) was found dead in his bed. He was a heavy drinker, just come back from my mum's now. Don't feel like a drink, my mum's in a hell of a state but thankfully she has always been teetotal. Got to take her over the house at 10am.

Morning :hello:
We went out to an American diner last night - too many calories but I stayed AF - so an AF Saturday for me.
Yay! The mornings are getting lighter!
ShaggyxWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -

So sorry to hear your sad news. How old was he? Does that make you feel stronger about staying AF? I would have been tempted I think to have a drink in those circumstances so well done indeed. Hope today goes as well as it can for you.
Take care... let us know us know later how you are doing.
