    What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

    Hi all

    5/21 AFDs:D    . I'm back from Italy and had the best time. I go with a large group of hikers and last year on the last night I got very drunk (like everyone else) - OH fell out with me and I woke up feeling like death and hating myself. This year I hardly drank at all - 1 beer & 1 red wine on the last night.

    It felt wonderful to enjoy my trip and not reach the depths of despair and humiliation that I felt last year:D
