Everyone Welcome!
Please highlight your AFDs in Red
Don't hesitate to let me know if I've got your AFDs wrong!!!!!What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -
7/29 AFDs for me, but leapt wantonly off the wagon last night into an enormous glass of very chilled white wine (sorry folks). What a day I had yesterday (all good).
Started with a PB of 35:11 at #16 of 30 parkruns (huge thanks for Leslie Walter Brown, 78-year old veteran runner, who helped me keep focused); then the quickest shower/change in the history of the world before catching a coach at 10am heading to Hyde Park for a rally for the Big IF campaign. 45,000 people calling on the world's leaders to end hunger now. http://www.justgiving.com/Monica-Gannon
Which means I have to clamber shakily back on the wagon today, with sore knees, legs and liver. What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?0 -
Afternoon all
I'm planning an AF today so I can get my smiley - simple things pleasing simple minds!
We were supposed to go out for a bike ride and bbq picnic today but it's too blooming cold, we'll have an indoor bbq picnic instead
Have a great Sunday

Went down caravan at 6pm Friday and had 2 single vodkas and a double (which was cheaper) and diet coke so 16 syns in total. Not drunk but found it hard to sleep that night. No drink at all yesterday, slept like a baby. Had a double vodka and diet coke for lunch (8 syns) and stopped.
So 7 AF days as drank 4 measures Friday and 2 measures today. What a waste, wasn't drunk or even tipsy wish I hadn't done it now, pointless.
Shaggy, it was my mum's side of the family again, this year been a nightmare for her. So not drinking tonight so will I score tonight for SNC as had a drink lunchtime, gien.

Back again - you must have thought I'd fallen of the edge of a cliff.
SO SORRY for mucking up the logging of the SNC. I promise I will do better this week - I had a severe case of 'real life' interfere.
So, yes lets have another SNC, and I will be trying for being 100% reliable with the recording.
So looking at the last few posts, so far we have.....Joanne aiming for 5 nights
41AIKI aiming for 4 nights
Muser aiming for 5 nights
Gien aiming for 4 nights
I'll update each morning starting tomorrow, so post when you are declaring AF for the day.

Hi all
Had a couple of glasses of wine Friday, and I slept like a log, had a lot more than that on Sat and had a rubbish sleep - I much prefer sober sleeps!
Today is AF, so 5 please Shaggy, and gien, think I will aim for 5 for the SNC, so one to add for tonight
