Definitely. It's really not fair being messed about.:)

Lovely photo satchmo, sounds like you had a great weekend.

I'm firmly back on the wagon tonight and plan to get in at least three more this week. Thursday I'm out for lunch so probably have a little then.

macpep, don't worry about having a drink with your friends at their parties. I think I'm right that you want to cut down and stay in advised limits not give up. You've got plenty of time to plan ahead.;)

I know, I just need to plan better :rotfl:I set my target fogetting about the 3 x 40th Birthdays, 18th Birthday & night at hotel :rotfl:. I have nothing in May so maybe get my dancing banana then :D. I am very pleased with how fat I have become, even DH has commented & gave me a big hug on Friday night :D

    Hi everyone,

Great news lileth you must be so relieved and happy.

    Just reporting 8/24 AFD's.

Not much has changed here this week, still heavily job hunting and hoping something will turn up so I can do 16 hours as much as possible during school hours. I'm imagining the dream....... I'm also trying not to get resentful over me being the one that uses my annual leave to look after the kids during school holidays (doesn't even cover half of it unfortunately), whilst Bill uses his "to get away from it all for a couple of days". He has had all of the school easter holidays off bar 1 day and has looked after the kids 2 extra days whilst I worked. When he dropped them off saturday night that's when he said he was going away for a few days. Oooohhh it made me cross and hurt I can tell you. "Well dear, I'm sorry this seperation that you choose is so difficult for you, it must be so hard with your full time job and your 6/7 evenings all to yourself and your freedom to please yourself and only yourself to think about when you wake up in the morning...what a tough life you lead".

    Breathe woman.......

Big wave at MarkMan, great to hear from you, hope all is well. You'll be in for a really long read, how far back are you going? Don't disappear off again for too long will you?

Hello to anyone else who is new this week.

Lileth, so pleased for you, happy moving. It's a great opportunity to declutter... don't take anything that's not useful and/or beautiful :-)

8/30 AFDs, with a lovely pub meal to celebrate my husband's birthday. He had beer, I had lime n soda. I didn't miss the wine.
What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?
  • Evening all,

Congratulations on the new house Lillith :D

Late one for me tonight, DH has been called up to site due to a big leak (the building is due to be handed over on Monday!)

Any how declaring AFD #1 for me please. x
