I'm still on 13/20 as did have an unplanned drink last night after all! However, am swapping it with this coming Friday's planned drink so will stay AF on Friday and therefore balance out against my target for the month.
Have a good day everyone!Sick and tired of waking up sick and tired...

19 AF days this month. Maman thankyou for reminding me that tomorrow is only a mystery if you don't have a plan, and we do have a cunning plan (Blackadder lol). I love Rowan Atkinson, so intelligent. Well it is absolutely pouring down outside, my daughter is sleeping still and my son is watching Scooby Doo 2 film. I am sorely tempted to keep them off school today, I want them with me because you know my uncle got buried last Tuesday and my mum wasnt talking to hiim even though they were twins, well her sister who she isnt talking to either got taken into resus in a and e monday morning and is in an induced coma as she has pneumonia and a collapsed lung, so life is too short, i told my mum in the funeral last week to try and talk to her and now she is on life support and obviously my mum is upset as she was when my uncle passed. Only telling you this as LIFE IS TOO SHORT and we don't know when things will change dramatically. Please if you need to put things right do it as soon as you can, I don't want anyone to feel the way my mum is feeling right now.

Hi all, 19 AFDs for me please Shaggy.
I feel a tad deflated - we didn't get the house
They said it wasn't due to the credit check, but it was down to 2 people, so I assume the landlord preferred another applicant.
So now I feel a little bit (underestimation!) stressed, but we still have a month before we're due to leave.
They have another house which is a bit cheaper and is being refurbished at the moment (also in the same area). So we're going to go and have a look this week hopefully. It's not 'live' on their site yet so maybe we can nab it before other people come along!
Trying to remain positive and just keep saying 'It wasn't meant to be and we'll get the house that is meant for us'. Not working at the moment though :rotfl:0 -

Really feel like having a drink tonight.
The power shower has now given up the ghost, chances are we'll need a new one as its well over 12 years old.
My friend's husband is coming over on Friday to look at it and see if he can fix it or not.
Lilith - Sorry to hear about the house, the next one will definitely be yours x0 -

Hi everyone, 20 AF days, delaring early as don't want a drink, I just had a lovely loyalty latte from McDonald's (love my freebies). Feeling good, headache earlier but I have had a cold for a while, hoping that all are okay.
Well done on those resisting the cravings, it is a nightmare because they come all at once without warning. I know that feeling and I get it with everything not only alcohol.
Only fear I have at the moment is that I am a DRY DRUNK.
I really need some advice because I do not want to be a DRY DRUNK.
Please can someone tell me what a DRY DRUNK is because if I am one, then really it is the same as drinking, as I am just waiting for my next drink.
