My friend went to go and collect from the Reading store last week (I passed my voucher onto her) - they wanted to have the email address and the post code of the person signed up for the offer. Doesn't sound like anyone else has had this issue, but be aware!

I got mine from the Cardiff store today, she said she needed the details to sign me up for a 'VIP club' rather than to check they matched? Unless I misheard her!

She also gave me a couple of free sample sachets as well :)
  • I got my sample from the Newcastle store. Very kind and helpful staff. Got the cherry and it smells fab! :j

I also went to the Reading store and the same happened to me but I wasn't too worried as I am already signed up to their VIP club.

They just want to link the product to your "VIP account" and will ask for your postcode, name and email usually.

You seem to be able to link more than one product to your account also. They don't tell you off :)

Yes, I had my daughters email to collect hers and they happily linked it to me again:rotfl:

I agree too. When my sister went to collect hers, she gave the postcode and my details came up and they just linked it to my account.
  • Picked my one up at the weekend from Lakeside - chose the honey one. Gorgeous! :-D
