They gave me 12 ml small one . It says in the email its 30 ml. Have they conned me ? :p

I'd definitely go back and get a new one. However, each of the barcodes on the email had a unique reference number (my friends also applied and we checked each others number) so if they've scanned it, it may not work for you. I'd take the 12ml sample back and tell them it's not your job to check it, they should have given you the right one in the first place.
no problems getting mine today the girl was not at all snooty or pushy really nice and helpful ( this was the Leeds store)

I picked my one up yesterday from Jubilee Place in Canary Wharf. They had run out of the rose one (which doesn't bother me as I previously purchased that and still have it unused because I hate the smell!) so she suggested shea butter which I had given as a gift. I tried the lavender one and went with that, quite good. I would recommend the shea butter or the lavender.

The sales assistant was really really good. She wasn't snooty at all and very helpful with no pressure of buying. However the other sales assistant who was working had a real attitude problem as soon as she saw the voucher. You know the "you only want it because it's free, won't see you purchasing anything" attitude so I'm glad I didn't deal with her. I will write to L'Occitane to tell them about the good sales assistant. She even recommended me something for my seborrhoeic dermatitis which I was very impressed with and going to buy.

Let us know how you get on - I have a House of Fraser in Camberley I can get to! I'd love to know if you were successful! :money::T

Will make sure I let you know if I get the chance to do it before the expiry date. :)

I collected my 30ml tube of cherry blossom and the assistant wrapped it up in tissue paper too! I love L'Occitane handcream so thanks very much!
  • No shops near me :( very unlikely I'll be able to redeem mine which is a shame. I'd have been more than willing to pay P&P if it was online too.
  • I've not had any email :(. I registered ages before they got to 75k likes too *stamps foot*.
They call me Dr Worm... I'm interested in things; I'm not a real doctor but I am a real worm.
  • PIcked mine up today in CArdiff with no problems
  • Picked the honey one at Norwich, Back of the Inns today, they were all out of Cherry Blossom, which was the one I really wanted, but still a very good freebie as I was down the city anyway to see Wreck It Ralph for free!

    Thank you djjunk x

  • I registered and didn't get sent a voucher - so I emailed them and they replied to say the voucher will be sent to me on Wednesday (not sure if this means they are posting it as seems a bit odd otherwise)
