I might be wrong, I frequently am, but I thought I read somewhere you couldn't redeem them at airports, discount(?) outlets and department stores. I can't remember where I saw it though.

The store in Gunwharf Quays is an outlet store and is specifically excluded on the voucher details.
Oops, just noticed this. Thanks for the info. I may give it a go in Debenhams or John Lewis (as I know they sell it and many of their other stores nationwide are specifically listed). They can only say no ... Life is mainly froth and bubble
