Department stores are not included in the promotion.

There is a list of all participating stores published on L'occitane's facebook page - unfortunately I cannot post the link directly as I am a new user :)
  • I registered and didn't get sent a voucher - so I emailed them and they replied to say the voucher will be sent to me on Wednesday (not sure if this means they are posting it as seems a bit odd otherwise)

Who was it you emailed it to? My nearest store is the Trafford Centre, and I'm going on Friday so could do with it then!

  • I went on to the L'Occitane site and filled in the contact form - just to say I'd registered but not received the voucher - not sure why they didn't email the voucher though

    Picked mine up this morning.

Lovely sales assistant. She said lots of people had been in store.

    Extremely pleased.

    Thanks op.

Let us know how you get on - I have a House of Fraser in Camberley I can get to! I'd love to know if you were successful! :money::T

I tried John Lewis and they were pleasant and polite (young Saturday girls) but pointed out the small print and were obviously aware of the exclusions :( As Debenhams is rather out of the way and I was even less confident of getting anywhere with them, I didn't bother ... sorry Mrs B, I hope you have more success.

It so happens that I have to be in Cardiff one day this week, so it's just possible I may have a chance to pick one up there (thanks to the poster in Cardiff who mentioned having got one there without difficulty) - but the point of the visit to Cardiff is for someone else's benefit and I can't dictate where we go, so it's not too likely.

Ahh, thanks for reporting back! I had a half-hearted attempt in House of Fraser in Camberley at the weekend, but couldn't find the spot where they sell it, so I gave up! To be honest, too many people and for some reason, I always feel uncomfortable in that store! I sort of knew that they wouldn't be available, but you never know ...

  • Thank you for this. OH picked one up in Canary Wharf (I think!) for me today.:)

Picked mine up in Covent Garden at the weekend - SA was very polite and helpful. For some reason the Covent Garden branch doesn't show on the online store locator, but it's definitely still there - link here.
