They are part of Spain and Spain is on the list. So yes.
I think the point being made was that Spain does not require a CN22 but the Canary Islands do.
Although I have got quite muddled now and am pleased to rely on PayPal postage to tell me when I need a CN22 or notI’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I think its perhaps because the destinations in my list are actually parts of countries that are in the EU. Canary Islands is part of Spain, Channel Islands are part of UK, etc. Thats probably why RM defines them as EU destinations rather than countries.
Therefore there are parts within the EU that require a CN22

The Channel Islands are not members of the EU.
The Channel are not even part of the UK they are a Crown Dependency.0 -

It seems that there is some confusion whether or not CN22 forms are needed when posting to places outside the UK.
To combat this, I place a CN22 sticker on ANY sales going ANYWHERE outside of England, Ireland, Scotland or Wales.
A few seconds more work, but it means I'm guaranteed to be ok IF the item I'm sending requires one.0 -

Pointless when there is a published list.
It is not difficult and only complicated by people not understanding the list. There is ho need to question the places on it, they are there.0
