We had this shower in the local somerfield, they did OK in the summer when the tourists are in town, but in Winter as everyone knows everyone "for the greater good" everyone totally Ignored them and they beggered off.

Just to be clear - your father made two trips to drop and pick up your sister at interview?

This County Court Claim form - you will need to let us know if this is a judgement against you or a form that you need to respond to denying that you owe them anything.

Others may be able to tell you what to look at to give that answer, but if it is genuine, then YOU MUST ACT or you will get a judgement against you by default.

yes he made to trips and he has 14 days to fill paper work out im not really good at spelling Guys dad so plase bear with me my friend

He needs to log in to MCOL via the details on the form, select defend whole case and select 28 days option.
We can then start building him a defence of illegal contractual penalty, no right, of audience of legal representation challenge due to not having proprietary rights or title to claim losses on land not owned, leased or hired to the parking company.
Get him to log in with the details and select the option listed.

PS if you own the parking company and are looking at this, you might want to ring up a barrister and ask them what will happen to you at the court when your right of Audience is challenged from the outset and the options available to the judge for doing so.
I would get the barristers list of rates as well.
