On the 04/10/12 my dad drove my sister to a job interview asthey arirrved my sister told my dad that he best not stay as she hadseen a sign saying 30 minuts only no return with in an hour hedroped her off and came home to help me make dinner for every one heis also my carrer he was with me for about 50 minuts It takes 10 to15 minutes to go one way so he had 20 to 30 minutes traveling.....

Sometime in November 2012 he was sent a letter from (Premier Park Ltd, POBox 624, Exeter EX1 9JG) with photo's showing him turning up at04/10/2012 14:47:47 and going at 04/10/2012 16:07:44

Afterreading some Threads and knowing he had come home to help me I knowthere wrong all so there is olny one way in and one way out to the(Abbey Chambers – Abbey Place, Tavistock, PL19 0AA) so I told himto ignor them but he wrot to them saying he was there with mysister to drop her off for her job interviw but forgot to tell themabout him coming back home in the car to help me.

Todayhe got a letter from (Debt Recovery Pluse Limited, PO Box411,Dukinfield, SK14 9DD) wonting £150 to pay off dads ParkingCharge Notice it has to be payed off in 14 days and it gos on aboutSection 4 of the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012

dowe still ignor them or pay as my dad is 69 and is fritend of someone taking his car (or) do I send (Premier Park Ltd, PO Box 624,Exeter EX1 9JG) and (Debt Recovery Pluse Limited, PO Box411,Dukinfield, SK14 9DD)

Not sure why you'd be thinking of sending a letter you don't seem to understand!

Just ignore the whole thing - NO-ONE can remove your Dad's car! Did you not know that clamping and towing away of vehicles by private companies is now illegal?

Totally ignore prem park ltd and use the debt recovery plus letters to start your fire with. I got loads of debt recovery plus letters somewhere filed under "ignore/unimportant".

Just enjoy your time and your money! you will get a few more debt recovery plus (DRP) letters with a few threats etc. eventualy you will get a letter from drp saying "their client is willing (begging more like) to accept the reduced offer of £80

The letter sounds as if it came from an amateur who doesn't know what they are saying or how to type.

Waste of time particularly as it doesn't even apply to your case.

Ignore all correspondence unless it is a genuine court summons.

Why write to a scam artist.

I know this outfit well, as I have 5 different speculative invoices from them dating back 9 months.

First two I just ignored as was pre-POPLA. I have a full compliment of letters from them, see the thread of examples as most if not all of them came from me. Last letter was October, I guess I got to the end....

One has been to POPLA at their expense and been rejected (now just ignore as I doubt they have the cojones to go to
Court)

One has just been submitted to POPLA at their expense.

One they have not responded to my appeal which was submitted on 17th December so I think that very soon they might be out of time on that one, no doubt they will claim it was not received, but funnily enough it was sent in the same envelope as the one above that was received and now with POPLA (occured within 2 days of each other).

Just ignore unless you are confident to go POPLA etc.

we have not gone to POPLA as we are not confident about putting are concerns a cross in writing. All so ever one here say its a wast of time so just going to be brave and Just ignore
