good luck happy sad.I hope since you aere going to a specialist unit that they may be experienced in drying up milk if necessary and at least have spare pads if you run out.

I dont know if Andrews is exactly the same. I sent hubby to a real chemist and he came back with brown bottle actually labelled Epsom Salts. Probably cheaper too."On behalf of teachers, I'd like to dedicate this award to Michael Gove and I mean dedicate in the Anglo Saxon sense which means insert roughly into the anus of." Epsom salts worked for me (I think I took Andrews) you could probly google it to find out if its the same. Beware it might upset tum a bit.
I think using strips of towels or flannels is an excellent idea when you use up pads.
I remember reading that i would need to'tightly bind a towel around the breasts'. Sounds archaeic now, it was only 18 years ago!.
Second son i never breast feed an no milk ever arrived!
Very. very best wishes0 -
never heard of swallowing epsom salts, but putting them in the bath is supposed to draw out excess water from your body, so if you put a solution onto your breasts i suppose that might work in the same way as cabbage leaves, but cabbage leaves would be easier.'bad mothers club' member 13
