DRO Application Info Please

Also here is another question, I do apologise for all the questions.

There is one debt that appears on my credit report from Orange, its about 11 years old and I haven't had contact with them or made payment to them in at least 10 years. However it's showing on my credit record as "green" paid up to date. What about things like that?

Sorry, just to work out what should be going on here and what shouldn't it and trying to work out what to do about debts that have been forgotten and aren't on the credit report but maybe under 6 years old.

Also what about debts your disputing, ie the debts that are over 6 years old, I assume they don't go down on the DRO form?

I think the thing I am getting worried and concerned about is this 15k limit, I know I am near it already.

My main concern I think is ongoing debt as you will always have that, i mean things like phone bill, mobile bill, gas/electric, water bills, they are all bills that when billed at whatever time of the month is classed as a debt. I assume for the DRO people though they don't jump on them then?

Example :

DRO granted at £14,995

Gas bill comes in for £50

DRO revoked for going over £15k ?

Or have I got it wrong about what is classed as a debt?
