Is this some sort of twisted, warped, deranged joke????!!!!

Its been snowing for 5 days straight now and the temp has had an average below 0 degrees for much longer than a week.

What the HELL is going on>>>>>??????

Well it clearly has not been below zero at the weather station they use!

Check again at the end of the week, maybe you'll have one by then.

They are more accurate than you or I. It is not a case of the temperature dropping below zero for a while each day, the average must be below zero. Clearly in your area this has not been the case.

It's got to be 0 or minus for 7 days it doesn't go on if it's snowing..
