Hi, i'm 11 months into a 24 month contract with the above shop (can't bring myself to call them a supermarket). The phone speaker is not working properly and it is very difficult to make out what someone is saying. Sorry, I should have said, my BB was with Virgin Media, but they deal with Rim on your behalf. My son's phone had been dropped so many times, had different housing on it, and each time they sent a replacement. I imagine tesco will do something similar
