Have also order all of my princess's baby food jars for the month ahead now that we have started weaning- boots have 10 jars for £5 so did an online order, even went via quidco for cashback and got boots points... how very MSE. :j Had toyed with getting blender and making all myself but then would need a much bigger freezer to give her lots of variety, and buy the time I have brought blender, ingredients etc wasnt sure would be saving.

Bless her she has just fallen asleep on her playmat. Think it may be mummy nap time too...

    :j

regarding the blender i had one when i had my little girl (5 now :O) you can get them for £10 from argos/tesco! and i loved mine all i used to do was blend up whatever we were havin for t and do enough for her to have it for her t and for dinner the next day (and sumtimes t the next day dependin on what we had) i wouldnt have been without mine! i wouldnt have been without mine, i did use jars too to add the variety although shes a fussy bleeder now lol :)

well ive been a naughty girl and been neglecting my challenges... and my diary! Someone kick me... Have a teething baby and a poorly mum so has been very hectic...

Trying to get back on it today tho...

Added 50p to my pot for the sealed pot challenge.

Have sold few more bits on ebay so updated my total for the make £10 a day challenge- doing quite well made £117.25 so far... Still got quite a bit of stuff to list.

Got some surveys to do for WH Smiths and Crowdology so will crack on with those in a bit... just got screened out of one for valued opinions.

Feeling bit deflated and unmotivated!! Please someone find my mojo!!!

cheered myself up by counting up coins in my terramundi pot for the sealed pot challenge. (managed to take coins out without smashing it with crafty use of a pair of scissors) I have only been saving since mid Jan and have...

    £41.40
Very pleased with this... coins safely returned... really looking forward to seeing how much I can save by 28th November.

Made my first payment a day since last Fri been very naughty but back to it now. Total of £64 paid so far this month.

Made £22 today on ebay after fees ... going to have a hunt round for more things to add.

Had a quiet day so far, pottering and catching up on housework. Went on a lovely walk with my dog Max, bless him he is rather tired out now (as am I he walks fast) Very relaxing after a night with my teething princess. She has had a hard week between teething and her vaccinations bless her heart.

Off to bingo with a friend tonight really looking forward to it - not been out much lately and I love bingo. Fingers crossed for a win.

Been a good girl and put a £1 in my pot for the sealed pot challenge and a £6.00 payment for the payment a day challenge. Have paid an extra £80.00 off my debt in February thanks to this challenge and £180.00 extra since beginining of the year :j:j:j

Really need to get cracking with the 1 debt 100 days challenge...

    Right better go get ready...:j

:) I think we all go through phases like this. Well I HOPE we all do, I hope it's not just me and you! I usually find that a nasty big bill comes along and kicks me right back onto the straight and narrow :D.

Good luck at bingo tonight, hope you have a massive win. I've never actually been to bingo, I always think of it as an old lady thing but clearly I'm wrong :D.

Also, unless I've missed it, I can't recall seeing how your Rembrandt did at auction? I know it didn't sell the first time and was going to be re-entered - did it happen?

  • Hi Haybel, just stumbled on your diary and thought I'd drop in - you may see me popping in on the £10 a Day Challenge thread from time to time.

Well done on your achievements so far, you've made good progress. Don't beat yourself up too much about "down" days - we all get them.

The blog idea is a good one to combine with your craft work, they always seem to have good followings and you can build up good residual passive income from it over time. I'm all for earning money with the least amount of time spent !! :p

Very impressed with your competition haul - I love comps & keep meaning to do them more consistently, but never seem to get round to it :o

Hope you're both feeling a bit better now and that the knee pain has eased. There's nothing worse than joint pain - mine really dont like the cold & wet !

Good Luck with the diary & debt busting
