Did a carboot today and made £60 after the pitch and the essential hotdog.

Have now joined CIAO as well.

Looks to be an expensive month princess needs a new car seat, a new happy nappy swimming costume and several other bits and pieces... Thankfully amazon vouchers I have earnt on DOOYOO will help to get some of these things...

After my mass clearout have very little unwanted clutter to sell so really going to be focussing on my surveys, reviews and cashback...

Just claimed another £20 Amazon voucher from DOOYOO that's £100 earnt from them since April 7th. Very pleased with this.

Been ages since my last diary entry... had surgery and been in and out of hospital. Thankfully on the mend now though.

Moneywise has been a total disaster, loads of fuel for myself and OH to and from hospital, not to mention meals on the run and the obligatory magazines to keep bordom at bay... then car broke down in the hospital car park and repairs cost £400....

But did take advantage of of a Jackpotjoy offer on quidco deposit ten and get ten cashback and was lucky enough to win and withdraw £80.

Had our house valued and decided to put it on the market, we really need a bigger house now that our beautiful girl is here. Plus if we put mortgage over slightly longer even with bigger house payments only go up ever so slightly and we have enough equity to put down deposit and pay off our credit card which will be a huge help... and brilliant step towards being debt free...Fingers crossed we get an offer of what we need to o this.

Have cleaned every single surface, and cupboard in the house ready for the pictures for sale details and found more to ebay too. Also going to do another bootsale when OH off in August.

I am exhausted and going to have a well deserved rest...before working on my samples and article ideas....

House officially put on the market today... and already had a viewing... seen a few properties we like so off to look at some tomorrow....:j

Found a house I love.... fingers crossed for more viewings on ours soon...

If we move we are hoping to clear the credit card, as equity in ours and we are looking to get a larger house slightly further out from town as they are cheaper and mean our little girl would go to a village primary school when older.

No more viewings on the house yet... fingers and toes crossed for soon.. its new build in a quiet village and they normally go quite quickly on this estate...

Really love the other house we have found its another new build, and has air flow heating which is supposed to be cheaper than central heating its in a lovely quiet village so would be perfect. Quite rural so lots of nice family walks. The house itself overlooks fields... can see that I am building myself up for disappointment... but sure there will be other nice houses if not. Its a plot of 6 and none have sold yet.

Do hope we sell for a good price so we can buy the other one and get rid of the credit card which will be a huge weight off my mind...

Have been a busy bee on dooyoo and ciao so more funds to add to the pot shortly... been doing well on the make 10 a day challenges for the last few months which has really helped... few bits closing on ebay later too...
