why are men so strange?

hi

as some of you may have seen i posted a while ago about the guy i was with from birmingham whos a lot older than me in his 50s and very lazy, i made more of an effort than him i felt..he let me down the day set to go down to his for new years eve, ive lost 3 sets of megabus money now and i kicked off in an email and had enough.. he shouldnt do it at the last min and especially for new years, i think hes suffering with clinical depression, i understand now but not right what he did he cant have a relationship like that, not heard from him since, probably good to have a break..

met another guy online my age really liked him we did the webcam to see each other on our phones and now not heard from him tried calling leaving messages and texting and no joy, how weird, he was all set to meet me too. why is this?

things are never straight forward for me!!

  • Men in general aren't particularly strange but many do see relationships or getting into them in a different way to some women. Perhaps you're meeting the wrong kind?

The first one you mentioned you're better off having given him the elbow, the other one owes you nothing.

Perhaps the first guy just wasn't ready for a relationship/perhaps he felt you were too full on. And now he thinks you're a bit of a nutter for "kicking -off" on email.

Perhaps the second guy saw you on the web-cam and didn't like what he saw?

    Men can be VERY fickle.

    we're not strange... we're enigmatic :)

Perhaps travel cannot prevent bigotry. But by demonstrating that all people cry, laugh, eat, worry and die, it introduces the idea that if we try to understand each other, we may even become friends.

1] He got a better offer, you're his back up sh4g
2] He thought he could do better, he's probably juggling 30+ women online and ploughing through them at a rate of 20 new ones per day.
  • Just a thought, but if you keep having problematic relationships I suspect it's not men in general but has more to do with the type of man you go for.
